I put a structure document together for the proposal.

Supervisors were allocated today. My Supervisor is Elizabeth Bourke.

19/01/2017

Today I met with the FYP Project Coordinator. I worked on points and guidance from the meeting.

From the Project Management class, we covered Gantt Charts in Microsoft Excel. I drew up this chart and then did some online research of different Gantt Chart layouts and styles. Decided on chart with functionality that each timeline date bar also has a progress bar to update as the project proceeds. It includes start date, end date, duration and progress bars.

On my proposal document there is a link to a larger screen version
of the Gantt Chart. (not working in blogger). Also, I'll draw up one
with less detail to fit the blog page.
